I took my car in for a power steering problem. First they said the hose was loose so they tightened it, put more fluid in it and drove it and said it was pouring out so I would need a new hose. This was on Saturday and they couldn’t order parts until Monday. Okay that’s fine. Then on Sunday, they decided I would need a brand new power steering pump. They quoted me at $988 for parts, labor, etc. I decided to take my car to get a second opinion and it turns out my hose was still not tightened/connected correctly. All they had ... read more
