While traveling to Georgia on our family vacation we had a flat tire. They were able to fit us right in change our tire and we were back on the road in 15 min! What could have ruined our entire trip actually made it pleasant! Thank you so much!

Do not go to Firestone to get your tires rotated or balanced! I bought 4 new tires from them and they rotated and balanced them wrong! There rotating machine sucks it goes really slow and my bf noticed that! So when we left and drove it on the high way right away it was shaking so bad!! So I called them back right away and they said bring your car back in and we will take a look at it so I did and they told me oh it's your rim it's bent or it can be one of your robs that's causing it to shake after getting new tires put on! ... read more
I waited 2.5 hours to get my vehicle inspected and the oil changed!!!!
If you want your oil pan threads stripped out and cross threaded you should come here! Manager told me when you turn it to the left it crosses the threads because it has right handed thread! Lol smh
