I had the best experience with a member of your team on sunday at exactly 4:50pm.i had a huge hole in my tire and there was no way I could find another shop before going completely flat. Wal-Mart had at least a 3.5 hour wait time I was told when I called their shop, I was almost 4 hours from home and desperate. I rolled into your shop just as they were about to close up for the day. Curious and professional
I put 2 star so people won’t automatically skip it. But 1 star is more accurate. We waited for a tow truck for hours. We were told by Firestone employee they close at 5pm and we needed to have vehicle there by 5pm for them to do 1 tire change. We got here at 4:40. They said there wasn’t enough time to do the tire change and we would have to wait until tomorrow. They did the same to someone else who came in just after us.
