3 different prices! One on the phone! One before work was done and the last one was $200 more than I authorized for the work to be done! Was told to suck it up! Never again!
The staff was pleasant and helpful. Waiting area was clean and quiet . I was there for a tire repair (plug and patch) and the price was surprisingly reasonable. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be back!
Great experience. Friendly service writers, fast and quality work done on my truck. Got a wheel alignment and oil change and they were done in under an hour. Will be coming back to this location again!
Fernando used to help me when I lived in Biltmore Park, when he was at the Airport Road Firestone. FERNANDO IS 100% AWESOME. Firestone should give him a raise because he's the reason I still go to Firestone stores... I have the free alignments for life deal, and they are always there to fix my misalignment caused by POTHOLES!
