Guys ordered the wrong parts so there was a delay. Was told the person who was working on my car had “zero experience”. Had to stay an hour after closing while they finished working on my car because they had ordered the wrong thing. Car was there for days and at the end they told me they didn’t even do all the work I had asked for, so now I’ll have to come back another day (I won’t be, I’ll go somewhere else). Did terrible work had to have it fixed when I was across the country in AZ. But alteast the warranty on the work was still good so it was covered. They forgot to put all the parts back in! (Wiper blade motor fix)
Made an 0800 appointment, when I dropped it off they said it was going in next and would be done in an hour or hour and a half. Came back 2.5 hours later and still had not gone in for the oil change and tire rotation (nothing complicated). When I asked the guy who checked me in what was happening he totally changed his time and said just because I made an appointment didn't mean it would be serviced at that time.... what?? We had low pressure in all our tires after a long drive, and the manager was incredibly kind, filled all the tires up in 5 min and didn't charge us! Thumbs up.
