I have often used this location for service basics. I never get pressured with up-selling and always a great staff.
Spectacular service, for a very important job. These guys replaced my cv axle in record time, and saved the weekend for kiddos birthday. I cannot thank them enough. Great prices, awesome atmosphere, and you can tell that the techs and front end staff actually enjoy working here, and helping people!
I showed up 2 minutes before closing on a Friday night, and Shane didn't hesitate putting my car up on the lift to inspect an issue with my underbody shield (all with a smile on his face). Got me in for an alignment at 5:58pm with no appointment. Which was wonderful because Mr tire on tunnel rd hadn’t honored their appointment leaving me with new tires but a bad alignment late in the day, so I was very grateful to walk into Firestone on patten last minute and still get aligned before driving on the new tires.
