We have been using Firestone complete Auto care for over 24 years. First from 1969 to 2019 in Raleigh NC at the one on Glenwood Ave, 27612. We used it for my personal car 1969-2019 and also working for Maytag I had our Chevrolet cargo Vans and Mercedes Benz Sprinter 5-cylinder Diesel van serviced 2000-2003. RecommendedDid a great job taking care of my son's Jeep before he headed out on a long trip. They did everything in the timeframe promised at a fair price. Staff was professional and polite. Highly recommend.

Have been coming here for years. Work order says my vehicle would be done by 12pm. Got a call around 3 saying it would be done soon, never got a call back to come pick it up. Store closed without calling me or giving any kind of communication that they intended on keeping my vehicle overnight. Store hours on website differ from Facebook, corporate website, google listing & yelp. Some say 5 some say 4. takes way too long to get a simple flat fixed.
En route to Asheville for a meeting and my daughter's car overheated. Stopped in Greensboro where a shop had my car for 3.5 hours and couldn't diagnose--just filled with coolant and told me to be watchful. Limped into Asheville thinking her water pump was failing (small pool of coolant near passenger front tire found the next morning). Firestone mechanics got my car in at 0830, diagnosed in an hour, and out by 1230 (I made it to my meeting and as I was walking out of the session, car was ready!). No customer service whatsoever. Do not shop here.
Quoted almost 500$ for a new tie rod, got it replaced somewhere else for less then $200. Also paid for an oil change, got my car back and checked the oil it was never changed. Would never go back to one ever.
came in because my brake light was on. realized during the free diagnostic that I'm just an idiot & had pulled my parking brake up just a little. they were super nice especially considering I had just wasted everyone's time
