So I came in for a simple tire balance check. After having my truck on the lift for an hour, I was told they ran out of tire weights. What kind of tire shop runs out of weights? So they put my tires back on the truck and forgot to put the valve stem covers back on. They also aired all four tires 10lbs higher than “do not exceed” tire pressure. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just save yourself some grief and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!
Well, contrary to the person that supposedly had a BAD experience, I on the other hand can't say that, I was treated great and I WILL be going back for set of tires on my Tahoe.
They damage your cars body, then fail to make it right by fixing it. Exercise caution when going here.
