This Firestone is the best! I've been taking my older Infiniti there for several years and get service just as good as the dealership for about half the price. I recently brought my car in for a complete overhaul, including tires and brakes. Got great discounts with coupons and by signing up for a Firestone credit card. Kudos to Adrienne and Rich for their help and paying special attention to my vehicle.
The service was awesome!
We had to get our tires replaced as the tread was wearing down and one of the tires had a slow leak. We went in the morning 7/10 and were told they did not have the tires needed in stock and would need to order them. We were told to come back at 4 to get the tires put on. We drove back out, and were told the tires weren’t actually ordered and we would need to come back today (7/11). A bit annoying, but we understood and came back yet again. I went to the Burlington location today and the guy thats supposed to be helping customers, is sitting in an office taking personal calls while the store phone rings off the hook. Need 4 new tires and this guy couldn't care less that people are just standing around waiting for his personal calls to be done. What a waste of space this guy is. Hopefully hes a volunteer
