The store manager Richard was very very nice, he helped get me all squared away, much faster than all the other auto places

lady is service desk wasn’t friendly. she doesn’t even look costumer face when she talking this is my second bad experience in firestone burlington i don’t recommend
Stay away from this location. The service advisor Ryan is very unprofessional and lazy. I wondered why when I called on 1-19-25 to make my appointment it took forever for someone to answer( which normally doesn’t happen) While waiting for what I thought was a quick fix of a leaky tire and oil maintenance. Ryan sat in the office on his personal phone while the store phone was ringing. He calls me to let me know my vehicle was ready( I never even authorized the price for fixing the slow leak).
