I want Thank Anthony at Firestone for checking and resetting my tire pressure light at no extra cost I previous had tire pressure sensor replace by another tire place they said my obd 2 port was missing and next time I will be going to Firestone from now on !!!
Came in with a noise in the front I suspected was a shot suspension. I also had weird lights that suggested I needed a new alternator. I asked them to look and told them I was at the point where I didn't know how much I was willing to spend. The girl came back $10,000 of recommended service. And that didn't include the alternator. Here's a list of work they recommended that I didn't need: front brakes, rear brakes, battery. Those things I know for a fact. There's more. Had some tires installed that I purchased on tire rack. On arrival I informed the person at the desk to let the teck know to install 1 wheel at a time so the sensors remain in place so no tpms calibration will be needed. Halfway through the process I noticed he had all 4 wheels off at the same time which means he did not follow the simple procedure.
