"Technician" could not reach the factory adjustment camber bolts on the strut, even though it's been done before, their staff is cearly incapable at this location.
Shows on their website and google that they’re open on Sunday; the website also allowed me to make an appt. Showed up for my appt to find a paper sign that said closed and to call the Clackamas location. They’re slammed and can’t get me in. I could have made an appt elsewhere had I known they’d be closed
Unbelievable
I came to this Firestone because the usual store I go to didn't have any appointments available. I may never go back to my original location. The staff is wonderful, professional and friendly. They thoroughly checked the work and even checked the pressure of my other tires. Very happy with my experience and will return in the future!!
They did used car vehicle inspection and failed to catch broken engine blocks!
