went in on 7/29/2026 for a tire patch told them was passenger side rear when completed after approx a hour and half i was told i had a nail in the rear right tire as well now to find out rear right happens to be the passenger side rear huh well that tire still leaking so what tire did they patch called now they want another $33 to patch the tire they were supose to not to mention i dont have time to spend another hour and half waiting.... get with it firestone you patch a tire that wasnt asked if you even patch a tire at all... read more
Firestone West Delray has NEVER disappointed me! In 27 years, and numerous cars, they've been honest, fairly priced, never sold me extras I really didn't need, and advised me when I actually didn't need a repair at all! Andy is a true master mechanic. He has kept my cars running great. And the service desk is competent, courteous, and explains the invoices in detail. I never get unwelcome surprises. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without these guys!
I had picked up a nail in one of my 4 almost new tires which had caused a flat. The guys got me in and out within an hour. They were efficient and friendly and did not charge me.
