I've been to this firestone a couple times now and they're very quick and easy to work with. Always satisfied with my service.
I recently had a tire fixed at this Firestone in Delray Beach and was very impressed by the customer service and efficiency of this location. The managing partner, Simas, is highly attentive to his customers and runs a tight ship amongst his crew. They got me in and out quickly and at a very fair price. In addition, the lobby is clean and they have a very well stocked and fairly priced vending machine. I enjoyed a snapple and bag of chips while I waited. I will definitely be back. thank you.
Mike, the service manager, is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He answered all my questions and he couldn't have been been nicer. He is a keeper and Firestone should give him a raise.
