Every thing with store met expectations
Intake person was rude and anxious. Tried to get me to leave Because they closed in 2 hours. Ultimately came up with a reason about my particular type of tire. So they they could not exchange the value stem. Went 1/2 mile to Goodyear done in 15 minutes. Firestone Needs better front desk person.

I went there because I had a flat. I left the car there and I sat. In the office and I waited and then finally after the car was all checked out they told me. I didn't have a flat . It wasn't even low Other tires on the car were low, so they've ended up the tires. But they're intertained and everything was good.
