Mingtel and the technicians provided great customer service! I called the store and spoke with Mingtel. I described my vehicle's issue. I explained that I had contacted Safelite and two other auto shops to request quotes and try to schedule the service. Safelite never responded with a the quote and the other two shops didn't believe they could service my vehicle until the next day. They had great customer service and gave me fair and thorough service after they finally took a whole business day to tell me there was an emergency and and and the tech couldn't do it until the next day. The next day was a whole new experience, great communication, thorough and kind explanations and great service with fair pricing. Was slightly annoyed they left trash in my car but my car is pretty messy so they might have thought it was mine
