We are not from the area, but we were concerned about an issue we were having with our car. Alex, Myron and John kindly explained what the issue was. They went above and beyond diagnosting the problem, and making sure we were good to go.
Listen if you want great customer service great communication and work please come to this Firestone! The managers Ming and Rogers are amazing! The whole team actually is. I had a bad experience at another location, but they went above and beyond to make this experience awesome! I will always come back here for my car care needs! Thank you so much!
I have received great service every visit.
My experience was an awesome. I have waited too much time for the tire rotation. However, this time was so speedy, less than 30minutes.. I really appreciate for the crews. Thanks.
