Ms. Ming is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was pleasant and took great care of me. The tech who worked on my car did a great job as well!!!
This Firestone was amazing. It is my first time at this location. Especially Mingtel "the service manager". Her custumer service was excellent!!! Paul Ziemski was super helpful too with making sure I selected the proper tires for my tires. Shaun the mechanic made me feel safe and answered all the hard questions. Alex also assisted with customer service....he was so patient and he always smiled and was veey successful. This Firestone store is my new family.
