Don’t bother making an appointment, they will have you wait all day. Best bet is to drop off.
Had an appointment at 1:00 for an oil change. Dropped it off at 12:30. They didn’t even start my oil change until 4:30. My car was there for 5 hours! They did not top off any fluids even though they said they did in the email. No windshield washer fluid at all in my car. A waste of my time and money!
