Had a huge nail in my tire and my tired 2 year old with me, also I dont live in the city. The guy asked if I had time to wait and I told him I honestly dont and he was more then accommodating. Got my car In asap and tire patched up! Last time I had a nail in my tire they told me a patch wasnt a possibility and I got a new tire. This was a much better experience , they were honest and didn't over charge me or lie about needing a new tire!! and we were quickly out of there!! Thank you!!!
Keep giving this place chance after chance and yet i always leave frustrated. Fool me once shame on you, fool me 5 or 6 times... Shame on me.
We were on a trip from New Jersey to North Carolina with a layover in Baltimore. We found a nail in the tire on our way out to continue or drive. Firestone crew was able to get us in and get us taken care of within 45 minutes and get us back on our way. The crew was extremely helpful and friendly and I can't thank them enough for getting us on our way
What an absolute pleasure dealing with Firestone. Darlene was sooooo kind and friendly and accomodating when checking me in...making sure I had everything I needed etc. The oil change and tail light replacement were extremely reasonable and the quotes i was given for work they thought I may want to look into in the future was very decent. Will go here from now on.
They all go above and beyond their job to help you and satisfy your needs. I will never go anywhere else
