Absolutely do not use a business that charges 173.00 per hour and quadruples the price of parts and adds labor hours to what is included in the job they are already supposed to perform. A 100 dollar thermostat 15 minute job cost us over 480.00.

It was quite a day. Extremely nice office people. Unfortunately the battery they expected at 10 am didn't arrive until 4:30. It was well air conditioned with a comfortable seating area. I was given a nice discount for having sat quietly there all day. It wasn't their fault. I would go back again. My new battery is great!
They always get me in and out quick when I have to wait. They are friendly and funny and never rude or talk down to me when I ask questions. They are always willing to explain things to me, and will reexplain if I'm not understanding. They understand I'm on a fixed income and never guilt me into doing work that isn't necessary, but also do suggest things that should be done and suggest alternatives as needed. Firestone on E Monte Vista Vacaville is an incredible shop! The managers there are amazing and they have been taking care of my cars for the last 10 yrs. Now my daughter brings her car into them, and they have always gone above and beyond great work. They always check our cars when we're going out of town because we are girls, and want to make sure we are safe! Thanks Firestone!
