Nick the service advisor and Quinton the tech at Firestone really took care of me. Nick made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, kept me updated, and was easy to talk to the entire time. What you are not gonna do is criticize my vehicle when I came in for help. Y'all may want to get some more passionate mechanics. I love my car and I was already having a bad day by having to bring it into the shop. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my last experience was good. Do your jobs and don't treat women like idiots thanks!
I booked an appointment for 1pm. Nobody touched the car until 1:50. I offered to pick up the car after 5pm, they said ok. I booked an appt for oil change since the car was giving a"Book for maintenance" notice and I mentioned that while dropping off the car. However since I was planning to pick up the car at 5pm, I asked them to do inspection and tire rotation in addition to oil change. While picking up the car, they told me they will email the results. Waited over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
Polite and answered my questions.. They did as i asked and did their best to repair the issues. It is better, but not perfect. That part is not the fault of the guys at firestone...
