It took 3hrs for oil change and wiper blades, I was also quoted over $1000 for brakes. They told me it would be $72 for an oil change and $52 for the front wipers but some how the total came up to $165 I asked why the price jumped so high and was told because of taxes. I then asked for a receipt and was told it was emailed to me but still haven't received it. $40 in taxes like let's be real!!!!!!!
I brought my vehicle to this Firestone location for a water pump replacement. After the repair, the cooling system was not properly bled, which caused the vehicle to overheat shortly after leaving the shop. Following the overheating event, the car developed abnormal noises when turning that were not present prior to the service. Jordan & Kristopher were honest and highly capable of saving me and my husband money I was interested in buying a new vehicle for the new year the guys completed an inspection that I paid for which wasn’t much .. Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!!! my parents have been having some problems with their Chevy Tahoe lately so i decided to bring it to Firestone Mount Pleasant for them to get it looked at. Joe & Kristopher were both so pleasant and professional and had an answer to every question there was about our vehicle. They had a diagnostic in MINUTES and ended up saving my dad’s motor. I feel very secure now that i know my parents are able to get around safely without any issues. highly recommend!!!
