Not happy at all. Dropped my car off 3 days ago for a tire replacement. I understand it takes a day for replacement tires to come in… but when I’ve called about 20 times and got no answer, not one call back, it’s awful customer service. I had to even call the day prior to even get an update on my car. I went into the Firestone to see where my car is at because there was no one answering the phones, turns out there is absolutely no one up at the front desk. Dylan was the main reason I’m writing this review, which I don’t normally do. He was relaxed, patient, kind, and extremely helpful and knowledgable about my inquiry of getting my AC fixed. We will be back to this location for any future services.
The service manager, Nick was so kind and very helpful with explaining the issues with my vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I had safe tires. I will always be grateful for Nick and this particular Firestone service center.
