I've been going to the Firestone on Johnnie Dodds for many years and they are one of the easiest spots to take care of oil change and tires.
While on vacation driving through Mount Pleasant on our way to Charleston for a few days before the rest of our journey to Florida my car overheated. We saw that the waterpump was the issue and stopped in at Firestone. They were truly amazing and able to get my car fixed the next day. We were able to continue on the road to our final destination in Florida and back home to NH.
Kaitlin saved the day! I went to another tire shop that told me I needed a new tire. Kaitlin fixed the existing problem and I will be sure to purchase my new tires from Firestone.
Nick, the service manager is honest, effective and courteous. he mechanics have always done a great job.
They were friendly, efficient and priced right. We take our family vehicles here for regular service but had a flat that they fixed for us in minutes. Saved us a lot of pain and cost. Highly recommend
