Following an air conditioning repair service, the vehicle's dashboard was removed and subsequently reinstalled. Upon inspection, scratches were observed on the door panel, pry marks were evident on the dashboard, and grease marks were present on the A-pillar. While the air conditioning system is currently functioning, the quality of the reassembly is less than satisfactory.
I loved Firestone and while pricey I always felt like they did the right thing. That was up until this last month. I was out of town when my check engine light came on. I took my car to AutoZone and the diagnoses was a small EVAP leak so I took it to the nearest Firestone. They tested it and then told me they didn’t have the part to fix said issue, but I could come back in two days. I told them I was from out of town and could not. The only positive things about my experience were: they didn’t try to upsell me with more than I asked for and there was a decent deal for an oil change. Other than that, my overall experience was poor. I requested an appointment online two days in advance and didn’t receive confirmation of the appointment until the morning of.
