I had an appointment at 11:00 am. I was at the location at 10:30 am to be sure I had plenty of time. As of 1:00 pm my car still has not been serviced. When I asked how much longer it would be the technician could not tell me. There isn’t a person working the showroom floor. The phone is ringing off the hook. It’s also a dirty store. Junky. The heavy metal music coming from the work area is so loud. I’m just disappointed.
I’ve been going to this shop for I think over a decade at this point. What kept me a loyal customer waa the consistent service, the honesty with what actually needs to be done to your car and their efforts to find you the best price. The last few times I’ve been in it hasn’t been that. For example, the last time I took my car in with a scheduled appointment, I was told at a max 1 hour. It took 4 hours.
