I have had good experiences everytime I've gone in to purchase tires and then get them rotated and balanced. I recently had a nail or something in one of my tires causing a loss of air pressure. I make an appointment online for a "flat repair" and went in the next day. I let them know I had another pending appointment 20 min. away and they did fix my tire so that I could get out and make it to my next appointment. Really great service! I went and stayed while getting my car done and it was nice to get constant updates on the status of my vehicle and Randy was awesome !
We suddenly had a low tire pressure message and headed to the nearest Firestone. Randy was a wonderful help filling all tires and reassuring us pressure was just a little low. Highly recommend this business!
