I called the store several times to ask how long would it take for an alignment recheck. I was told one hour. I got to the facility before my appointment time and was there over an hour and a half until it was done. The person in the store said if you hadn't had an alignment in a long time it takes longer. That is completely untrue. The staff were apologetic for the wait. I had a blow out on the expressway from a tire that was supposed to be fixed by Firestone and after spending almost $3,000 to have my catalytic converter fixed I experienced another problem that they wanted to charge another $600 to fix. When I questioned the Firestone location in Buford about it they could not give me any explanation. So after paying almost $3000 at Firestone in Buford, my car has new issues from their work with one that could have been extremely dangerous on the expressway.
