Damaged my vehicle and have been going through a lot of bs to try and be compensated for the damage. Stay far from this place.
I went in to get a tire repaired, but I was told that two tires needed to be replaced. I ended up spending about two hours there. Unfortunately, after I drove home, the driver’s-side tire they worked on deflated. I’m very disappointed because I expected the tires to be properly serviced and safe to drive on after spending that much time and money there. I’m never coming back. I would recommend checking everything carefully before leaving and making sure the tires are properly inspected and inflated.
I came here for a patch on my tire that was flat. Quick and reliable but they tried to keep my spare and said they “forgot” to put it in my trunk
I went into Firestone when they opened at 7 AM for a tire replacement even though there were no online appointments that day until 10 AM. I asked if I could drop my car off and pick it up during my lunch break, and if there was any way possible my tire could be replaced that morning because I had a very busy day that day. My tire was replaced in two hours and I received a phone call at 9 AM telling me that my car was ready for pickup.
