pay 927$ and still have the same problem nothing gets fix. use to come to Firestone years ago but clearly it's not the same as before poor service
Excelente servicio, en especial Joly tuvo unas atenciones increibles
Very negative experience first I was called to change my appointment because they felt it was too late then I get there 20 mi early and they say since I made an appointment I will only have to wait around 2 hours……… how… I was speechless. I accommodated them so they can service MY car and still would have to wait 2 hours. FOR AN OILCHANGEEEEEEEE I lost 30 minutes of my time and hours on my Job for this commmmplete lack of respect. Mind you this is my first impression!!
