I made an appointment online and carefully drove my tire with a nail in it to get fixed. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one was answering the phone. Two other people were waiting for their appointments as well. This place sucks, if you’re going to close down for the day, at least don’t allow people to schedule appointments online and maybe post a sign on your door explaining you had to close for the day.
I had a very positive experience at Farestone thanks to Darlin excellent customer service and professionalism. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took the time to explain everything patiently and clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and well-cared for.
