Typically I would give this place 5 stars but yesterday’s experience brought that rating down. We made appointments for both cars at 8am and weren’t out of there until 3pm. The manager told us our car had been inspected but when we showed back up it hadn’t moved from the spot we left it in and then we had to wait another 2 hours for them to do our oil change and tire rotation. It was very disappointing because normally we would have both of our cars in and out of there in about 2 hours.
