One year ago I bought 5 tires, the very next day I had 2 flats. They had left 2 tires (front) with the old valve stems. Discount tire was handy for the repairs, and showed me the tires with the old stems. Firestone replaced the tires, but denied leaving the old stems in (I'd seen them) One year later, I picked up a nail in a rear tire, and I need rotation, I go to the shop at 9:30 am to get the work done---they tell me to come in at 4pm....
