Had my car 12 hrs, didn’t check it, lied that it was fine - gambling my SAFETY, I still had to pay, and I paid for them just to mess with my Bluetooth stereo system like a free shop boombox. I came in to get my fog light fixed and an oil change and have my door locks fixed. They didnt put anything about fixing the fog light on for the mechanics and didnt notice it was literally hanging on by a wire. They couldn't fix the door locks and notated what was going on with them wrong. They told me they would fix the fog light and it would be done in an hour so I came to wait in the shop and asked after an hour to be told that they hadn't even pulled it in the shop to fix it yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND , I TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR STATE INSPECTION, THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 1 HOUR AND 30$, AFTER 4 HOURS IT WAS STILL SITTING ON THE JACK LIFT. LATER THEY REMOVED THE TIRES AND ALSO TOP CALIPER BRAKEBRACKET BOLT ( WHICH REQUIRES APPROXIMATELY 90 TORQUE) AND CALIPER BRAKE PAD BOLT AND TOLD ME I NEED TO PAY THEM APPROXIMATELY 1900$ TO PASS THE STATE INSPECTION BECAUSE MY 1 CALIPER BOLT IS MISSING AND TIRES ARE TOO OLD AND I NEED TO BUY FOUR NEW TIRES . Excellent Customer Service I recently came in for an oil change and was told that a full front-to-back inspection had been completed. 3 days later, I discovered that I had an oil leak when I took my car to another location. Low and behold, I needed to have the oil pan gasket replaced. Naturally, I was beyond frustrated and concerned. 2901A University, Davie, Fla. store. Back of building very run down. Garbage enclosures open with trash around. Sprinkler enclosure desintegrating. Build new enclosure. Curbing and sidewalks should be power washed. Remove old furniture by doorways. Storage room has old equipment stacked to ceiling. Should haul off if not going to use.
The overall appearance of store looks run down. Windows dirty. Exterior very junkie looking. Garbage enclosures broken down. Firestone training building looks abandoned. Leased space left unattended with garbage enclosure full of junk. Send a regional representative here too address the appearance of store. Disappointing.
