6/19/2023. Do not take your car here for oil changes. The coupon on their website shows $29.99. I get that some cars use full synthetic oil and use more than 5 quarts (which is their reason for their ridiculous pricing when they finish). My car uses 6.9 quarts of full synthtic oil. My total bill after they applied a $10 coupon on "my behalf" was $171.50. When I asked for an explanation, it was due to the "European Oil Needed" for my car. Ok, they put Penzoil in my car! Called at 115pm, spoke with the owner Billy..said I needed my brakes checked. Showed up, talked to Jeremy , he said my brake check would take an hour and he'd call. 315 pm, I call, talk to Jeremy, said it was " just about done" with the brake check. Should up at 445 car up on " blocks" and told it may be done by 7 pm when they close but they'd prefer if the kept it overnight. I certainly when did a brake serv8ce job, even take 4 plus hours. Upsale, upsale, name of the game at Firestone....two cars in two weeks taken in for minor things only to be told I need more and more things. Other shops did not agree with the diagnosis....upsale city watch your pocket book and do not make the mistake I did and get a credit card!!!!
