Outstanding service, turnaround. A bit expensive.
Brake line popped in the middle of our 10hr drive to the outer banks for a family trip. Limped the truck to this location because it was right off the highway, and although the initial rep was sympathetic to our situation and promised a repair as soon as they can, what we actually got the next day was a completely different story from the manager, Kendra According to her they do not have the ability to repair a damaged brake line, even though their list of available services they 'specialize in' include brake repair, replace... read more
Called the phone number 45 minutes before close and rang for 10 minutes with no answer. I did call corporate and they couldn't get anyone to answer either.
Very satisfied with the service being that I didn't have an appointment. The wait was a little long but they had appointments before me and promised me my car by the end of closing in which the performed!
