Had a 8 am appt, for oil change, brake fluid flush and state inspection. They said i had to leave the vehicle. 1030 inspection was done. 11am and 1130 they called with recommendations and nd prices. Some i decline including the brake fluid flush as I couldn't afford it. 1pm I called to see if it's ready was told they are about to change the oil, 3p i called back, again they're getting ready to change the oil. My AC went out and over the last month. I’ve spent over $1500 at the Chesapeake N. Battlefield location. Not a SINGLE one of my vehicles issues were fixed, after having it at this shop on multiple occasions. I got to pay for two separate diagnostics, in which I assumed point-to-point inspections were being conducted to find a power fault that was causing my AC blower motor to intermittently cut off. I was able to schedule a convenient appointment. I did not have to wait a very long time for the tire service to be completed once I had arrived, and the staff were pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable.
After over 30 years, this is still my shop of choice. Zack continues to take great care of my vehicles and me!
