If I could rate higher I would. The guy who helped us was incredible. I was driving home from OBX and starting hearing a loud rattling noise from under my car, so I stopped at this Firestone for a walk in, hoping for the best. He did a quick assessment of the car in the parking lot then got us in to get the car on the lift to look under the car.
