Horrible customer service. Dropped my car off at 10am for an inspection and was told several times it would only be 1 more hour. Five hours later....still waiting
Came there today sat there for three hours for just a complete inspection on my vehicle just to be told to come back. The manager lied to me in my face.. about a deal they were running, he told me the deal had expired. When later I figured out the poster said the deal doesn't end until April 4th. Ended up paying $10 dollars, was told a bunch of things was wrong with my car... When i got home the car started smoking.. It wasn't smoking when I brought it in there. I had just bought a used car with a few gremlins in it. I took it to this shop and explained the problems in detail. I left the car with them, thinking that they'd have it for me by the end of the day. Long story short, they had my car for almost two days, didn't fix either of the problems I asked them to address, made me wait an hour for them to get themselves sorted out and put my car back together, and charged me $350 for my trouble.
