Lead tech refused to speak to me. He also could not determine if there were any new suspension parts from a prior mechanic from 1 week ago. The front desk guy was friendly, but got nothing done. They told me my alignment was fine, but my tires are a cupped which is why I have to hold me wheel to the left 15 degrees. If you've ever had an alignment, you know that's bs. Avoid at all costs!!! I took my car in, was told I needed new a/c compressor. Then took it into my normal repair shop. They charged it & it works fine. These guys are f×$%ing thieves
