I made an appointment online for my 2013 Cadillac ATS and I checked the other box because I didn’t know what to check for engine light. I arrived at my appt and the technician asked me what was wrong. I said my check engine light was on.. He said that I had to come back on Saturday that they only had one diagnostic technician. He told me that they had to take apart my dash to see what’s wrong, and that it would take several hours! Really? I’m a woman in my 60’s and know that this was BS.
