Went for an oil change and was told I needed 1500 in repairs immediatly. I took it to another garage later that day to verify and there was nothing at all wrong with my car…
Tried to book an oil change appointment online. Got an email saying the appointment was canceled. No explanation why and they never called me to reschedule the appointment. I’m not gonna call them to reschedule since they apparently don’t want any business or sales otherwise they would at least put effort into reaching out to reschedule. I’ll go somewhere else that wants to be paid.
They were extremely helpful in a very stressful situation. They explained the issues my car had in detail and all the work that would be needed. Answered all of my questions and were super friendly.
Took my car to this location to get an alignment, oil change, and plugs and wire put in. Well the alignment was done, the oil changed was a quart low, and the plugs was the wrong type. Cost me a tow the next morning and not one days work but two days work since they didn't have a mechanic to fix my car. Never offered me a refund or anything. So as a customer for over 25 year I'm moving on.
They just took advantage of me and ripped me off. Brought my GMC in back in April because I had some weird engine things going on. They told Me my oil was abnormally low and that was the issue but I had no leak. They did an oil change and the issues stopped. The issues just started again I went back. Brian told me the issue is something is rubbing in my engine and causing metal shavings to clog the sensors … recommended I take it to a gmc dealer because they don’t have the man power to fix this issue.
