Nick was prompt. I had to call to say I was running late due to an excessive traffic and he eased my mind and was very understanding. He remembered me from the Oregon pike location and was friendly and professional. Nick then showed me on the screen what was recommended the last time I was seen and asked if I would like to have these services done today along with my oil change.
