The high-performance Firestone tires I run got discontinued and I was having difficulty finding a replacement. I called the actual firestone corporate office, and their customer service rep. The woman manager is rude and unpleasant. I’ve had a different experience at another Firestone store.
Easily the worst experience I've ever had at any garage. I was charged $575 for an oil change and low beam replacement. 1 hour of labor for the lightbulb replacement was $363. Totally unacceptable and frankly I regret paying it and not just walking out. I'm now willing to go out of my way to discourage others from ever taking their cars their, only to be be bent over and forced to take it. Excellent experience and service from this Firestone. I had a popped tire that they found a good match to replace it, took me same day I called in and had it changed and balanced within an hour of calling them. Very polite, helpful, and professional.
Great service by the team. Shawn Abernathy kept me updated and informed, and Justin evaluated everything and gave helpful information on what was needed and what wasn't.
