John was super helpful and kind on the phone, and when I arrived at the Autocare center. Fenton was also a great help too!! I was only there for an hour and a half (mind you, they were INSANELY busy with an overflowing lot). Anytime I've needed help, Firestone has always had my back- keep killing it guys. I appreciate you!!!
I worked with the Manager, Steve, from the start. I was having AC issues with my Ford. We were dealing with a tricky situation and he had to troubleshoot a few different ways to reach a solution. His customer service was excellent. He explained everything in detail and physically showed me the issue on the vehicle when it was relevant. I am grateful I brought it into Firestone. Steve's the man!
