RecommendedAppointment for oil change & inspections . I had wipers I purchased elsewhere 6 months & they installed them for me as an favor !!

Less than an hour after picking up my car and waiting a week and half for them to change a hose. Now 500.88 later and a mile down the road and I was told they expected my car to break down and refuse help. Brent Reed the area manager has been absolutely no help. If you need to get ahold of an area manager his cell is in the text photos.

They still have my car. Keep telling us they haven’t had a chance to look at it. Called family for a recommendation for another shop because we are only here visiting right now. Family calls their mechanic to find out how busy they are and that’s how we find out that this shop can’t fix our car but they have failed to let us know. These guys are the quickest I’ve seen. Appointment at 7 am, I was in the car and leaving by 730. I will surely be back.

Canceled our brake appointment via email with no explanation provided. No decency to try and reschedule, no decency to call. When contacted location said it was due to a scheduling conflict. They provided no explanation as to why we were bumped instead of the other car; just blamed corporate. They did not offer to get us in or make amends in any way! So we’re set to head out on a long trip tomorrow without brakes. DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS BUSINESS, IT IS A LIABILITY TO YOUR FAMILY!
I have been bringing my vehicles into Firestone ever since I moved to Bozeman several years ago. I have always felt like they were honest and gave me recommendations without being pushy and always telling me if something was a safety issue. Booked a 9am online appointment for 4 new tires a week ago. Waited in lobby for 35 minutes until someone told me they never ordered the tires. They also attempted to up charge for flat tire repairs an additional $90, something I never asked for. This place used to be great, but something changed and now they are lousy with poor service. A decade of loyalty is out the door.
Amazing! Five Stars!! This team of mechanics and managers exceeded "Above and Beyond," including providing transportation back to my hotel, not taking advantage of a stranded traveler, and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible!! Generally, and for obvious reasons, I loathe working with auto repair shops, but it was truly a pleasure to work with these men. I wish, I could find a team on which I could depend, like this one, near my home.
