This Firestone is THE BEST! I was stranded between Tulsa and Padre Island with a bad alternator. These guys showed us so much compassion and took care of us right away. They use quality parts and the mechanic did an excellent job. I would recommend this store to ANYONE and EVERYONE! If I lived in Waco, I would never take my care anywhere else. Jared, Billy, and the whole team are highly skilled professionals who really care about their customers.

Made an appointment in the morning for an alignment at first they told me it’d be done early afternoon . Which is fine . Then telling me morning of it won’t be done till late afternoon. Can’t trust a place that Does not keep your word , and take a whole day to do a simple alignment.
