Traveling back to Biloxi MS from Waco, was stranded Sunday afternoon 62 miles outside of Waco with a blown odd size tire. Firestone on Lake Air Rd was only tire shop in town that had the tire size I needed and was open on Sunday. I was 100% at the mercy of store on service and price. I was traveling alone on my way to Dallas when my car began shaking violently. I decided to stop at a tire shop to see if I had a bad tire. The guy said the tires were fine, and I needed to see a mechanic. I panicked thinking something was terribly wrong, and I was going to be stuck in Waco while my car was getting repaired. Very rude attendant. I dont expect executive level service. But I do expect respect at the same level I am giving. No need to aggressively tap on counter and being rude and unprofessional.
