I had an unexpected need and Chris was quick to respond to my message, and very friendly. At the store, even though it was a Saturday morning, Chris got my car in quickly knowing I was heading out of town. I was in and out within an hour thanks to him and his team. Also, the store and bathroom were very clean!
We've been going to this Firestone for 25 years. With 4 cars, we're there a lot. Chris, Andrew, George, the all the mechanics there always take care of us. They always greet us by name and are always friendly. When I bring my one of my cars in, I always know I can depend on them to treat me honestly and fairly. I would absolutly recommend Firestone Crystal Lake!
Expensive, will lead you to believe other things are wrong when they can be avoided. Long story short needed pads and rotors for the back, wanting to cover themselves they're trying to convince me to do work all around while telling me what I want can't be done because they think they'll run into a problem. After talking them down away from what they were trying to convince me to do, I asked for a quote on the back and was quoted $1700+ with more fears of brake lines and calipers, things I don't need. Terrible experience. George one of the workers or manager for the weekends. Was god AWFUL. His attitude and patience is terrible. Got an attitude from him as soon as I walked in the door. Not saying hello or good morning. Just what size tires are we putting on your truck again? And I told him and he immediately asked for the key and tried to get me out the door. I offered to show him how to open my bed cover. And he came out since they had issues opening it before. And I showed him and his response was well they’ll figure it... read more
