Andrew was amazing! Best experience I have ever had at Firestone.
I had to make an emergency stop because something went under my car while driving and did some damage. They welcomed me in very close to closing and took and look and were able to let me know that the damage was just cosmetic and they took care of the plastic piece hanging down. They recommended getting it fixed long term to prevent further damage to the interior parts of where the hole is, but were able to advise it was safe for me to go on my vacation this weekend.
