I use to love this Firestone. When I was driving my 2002 Hyundai Elantra, I would call and schedule an All Wheel Alignment for 7 am each time. I was in by 7 out by 8:20. I called them last week (7/24) for my 2017 Rouge. They told me they can get me in at 11 am. I got there at 10:30am. I waited 30 mins for the resturant next door to open. I went to the resturant and came back at 12 pm. THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED WORKING ON MY CAR YET. DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT IT.
