Derek was super nice. They were able to get out van done quickly, and explain to us what the problem was. He also showed us the part from our van to see what all the noise was. Really like this place.
Do not use the Tinker AFB location. They had the car over a month, changed out some fuses/parts and in the end charged us $3800 for a car that was no - operational. We had to go to Toyota to see if they can complete the repair to get the car working.
Absolutely the best customer service. Very knowledgeable and takes care of business with a smile. Derrick was phenomenal!
