We had our brakes replaced there and they now squeal horribly. My husband brought our van back in and they said they said they were fine. I would never recommend going there for brakes.

RecommendedJohn at Avon Firestone is the absolute best. I had to give him a shout out so everyone can go there. John and everyone else is always so nice to my family and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Today my car stalled out in the middle of an intersection and they worked on it right away. 🙂 A different time, my tire blew out from a nail and they also got me in right away and checked on the tires at a later date to make sure the repairs/new tires were working in the cold weather. I truly appreciate their work!
I consistently get my tires and oil changes here. The warranty in the tires have been very helpful to me. They explain things in a way I can understand and provide phenomenal car and customer service. I feel I can depend on this staff, which is why I continue to drive to this location from north Ridgeville for car service.
