I came here a few weeks ago for an alignment appointment. 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, they finally pulled my truck in. They then told me the tie-rods were seized and they couldnt do it, and tried to quote me to replace the tie-rods. I told them no, went home and spun the tie-rods myself. I booked an appointment for the next day at the firestone in Lorain, and they were done in under 30 minutes with absolutely no issues.
