A few months ago they broke my locked lug nuts, and I couldn’t get my rim off to change a flat tire. Had my car towed to a tire shop and it cost me $200 to get the tire fixed. Yesterday they forgot to put my Center cap on & didn’t use the screw that came with the rims originally. I have been coming here for over 10 years as a loyal customer, but after this experience I will NOT be back

Came in on vacation from Fredericksburg. Va with our car Air conditioning not working! Gave out half way to Daytona! Knowing the firestone reputation called the Daytona beach firestone whilst driving & explained the situation! They told us to bring it right in. Got there @ 4:pm they promptly diagnosed the issue found a leaky condenser coil, ordered the parts & the car was fixed by 6:30 ! Awesome service
