The employees at the Westnedge Avenue location in Kalamazoo MI are SCAMMERS! Don't be fooled by them! I took my recently purchased vehicle to them for a simple oil change and they claimed that the oil plug was stripped, that there were metal shaving around the plug, and that the vehicle needed a whole new oil pan replacement. They were going to charge me over $600 to have the oil pan replaced!
