RecommendedI’ll see how the snow tires perform. Firestone crew was efficient, the person who quoted me an estimate was professional, direct and efficient. I like that about a business, in and out and no gimmicks.
Recommended5 Stars! Great team! I walked in this morning because I had a flat yesterday. I was told it would take 2 hours(which wasn’t a problem), and they got me all done in an hour! Fast and friendly and I will be returning here for new tires in the future.
they have no clue how to manage time. Took my car in to have tires rotated and they call to.say i need an oil change. So i said go ahead and do it. They said it would be an hour wait because they took my car off the rack. So i a make an appointment for today at 11am and i get there at 10:55am to hear other cars needed more work than they thought so it would be an hour before my car goes on the rack. i asked why they didn't call me? the Manager just walked into the work shop
