RecommendedI’ll see how the snow tires perform. Firestone crew was efficient, the person who quoted me an estimate was professional, direct and efficient. I like that about a business, in and out and no gimmicks.
5 Stars! Great team! I walked in this morning because I had a flat yesterday. I was told it would take 2 hours(which wasn’t a problem), and they got me all done in an hour! Fast and friendly and I will be returning here for new tires in the future.
they have no clue how to manage time. Took my car in to have tires rotated and they call to.say i need an oil change. So i said go ahead and do it. They said it would be an hour wait because they took my car off the rack. So i a make an appointment for today at 11am and i get there at 10:55am to hear other cars needed more work than they thought so it would be an hour before my car goes on the rack. i asked why they didn't call me? the Manager just walked into the work shop

Had a brake problem and believe we were overcharged and we not professional. Would not go back
I went to pick the car up after leaving it for 2 days, only to find that it was bucked off to 3 different mechanics, half of the work was not completed, no manager on duty, the ground strap was laying on top of the engine, not fastened down, they never even offered to replace a broken hanger strap for free after all of that hassle, No offer to make it right, only a repeated "sorry about that, have a nice day".
