RecommendedOne of the best firestones I have been to. I went in with my tire in my trunk. My wheel needed to be fixed because of dents from hitting a pothole. They hammered it out and got me a new tire in record time on NYE. Every person I spoke to in the store or on the phone was so kind and you could tell they really care about the service they were giving. Thank you guys again!
Can't remember the last time a customer service agent made me wait 15 minutes for service without greeting me, thanking me for my patience and then act like a completely smug and pretentious jerk. Way to go Sandy in Arvada! I will never spend money here again!! Also to top it off was told over 90 minutes for an oil change I had to make an appointment for. Do not go here unless you like paying people to treat poorly.
Was very pleased with the promptness of the service.
The boys there always takes good care of me... I've been going there for years �
