These folks have bailed me out twice now, and the latest was over Labor Day with a leaking valve stem. Even with just one tech on duty and 14 flat-tire repairs in the queue, they still squeezed me in and prioritized my ticket because I had a 6‑hour drive ahead—true lifesavers. On top of that, they charged me about 50% less than Firestone here in IL, and everyone I dealt with was helpful, caring, and genuinely pleasant. A previous repair shop had charged me $1100 and didn't even remove the tires, much less replace 4 rotors/brakes/etc. After my brakes completely failed, Firestone on the Business Loop got me in immediately. They looked over my vehicle and confirmed that I had factor parts on my vehicle and nothing matching the paid invoice provided by the Ashland Mo repair shop. Honestly the best group of people I have ever dealt with for my car. They truly did go above and beyond to get me and my family safely back on the road. The appreciate everything you guys did! They were all very friendly and are willing to help you get back on the road that same day even when they are closed after hours.
