The crew at this Firestone are amazing! I’ve been using Firestone for many years and Justin and his team are amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Do not recommend. They’re probably the most unprofessional people I’ve came across. I just ended up having my car towed to a completely different place.
Service is terrible. They are unfriendly and over charged us over and over again. Will not be spending another penny with this place and our vehicles both have a lifetime tires warranty. I would rather pay more somewhere that actually talks to me than spend money here.
I set a appointment for a pair of back tires. The tires on the front are less than 6 months old . I told them not to get under my hood just do the tires. I waited 45 minutes then I looked through the window they had my hood up. Then they came to me saying I need a new battery and I need to do all 4 tires. Because my car is a all wheel drive. Sign a waiver. I asked why he is under my hood when I asked them not to. That is policy is what they told me . I told them to take my car off the rack I'm done.
