I took my truck to Firestone to have the front end worked on and I had to take it back 3 time's and they still couldn't figure out what they did to mess it up. I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed so now I had to pay twice as much for the repairs. I will never get anything else done there. It cost me almost $3,000.00 all together.
They just do everything right.
Needed breaks and rotors. Came out with a list of things needed done or “recommended” one of them was an oil change and air filter that was just done days before. 550 later my car still makes the same noise. Also had a back ball joint replaced 100s cheaper than their quote. Now they tell me it’s a caliber that’s causing the grinding metal to metal sound. All of the technicians are great! They always do a great job and Jonah is very friendly and knowledgeable about what is going on and what work is needed and he always explains everything very well and gets the job done in a timely manner. I will always bring my vehicles to this firestone location because I know I will get great service that is done correctly to get me back on the road.
