Absolutely terrible customer service willing to call to try to charge more money to change parts but don’t relay any issues that they can’t fix they just charge you as much as possible and then tell you it’s not their fault and then try to speak down to you and dismiss any concerns you try to show them I will never spend another dollar on anything related to Firestone after my experience at the Steubenville location
Polite and helpful staff. Quick service.
Great job
Friendly staff, efficient work, knowledgeable, communication was top notch, made you feel heard, respected, comforted when you’re worried about your vehicle. I will be doing business with this establishment going forward. Highly recommended!
