Service has declined and has become disappointing. We used to love having service here but recently it has not been worth it. Find somewhere else. I dropped off my truck for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. After leaving my vehicle here for 2 days, everything was complete other than the inspection. After the first day a gentlemen called and advised I could leave it a second day to get the inspection which I agreed to just to find out I was called again, told it was ready and picked it up with an expired inspectio... read more
7/3/2025 Today, Ilene and Manager Matt Baker took care of me. Quite the excellent team. Matt said my car woud be ready in an hour and 10 minutes prior to the hour my car was sitting in the completed area of the Firestone lot. Both Matt and Ilene couldn't have been kinder, more knowledgable and more accommodating. The service was top notch and that's why I keep returning. I am a lifetime customer at Firestone.
