Worst service ever scratched my car. I wouldn't recommend this place
They got me in and out very efficiently and were very knowledgeable in explaining the tires and available rebates. We purchsed a full set of FIrestone Destination LE 3 tires and the shop was able to work me in to get the tires mounted and balanced the same day of purchase.
The shop was unable to solve both my engine and AC problems. However, Matt was very quick to follow-up with me and offer a full refund. All interactions with shop staff were friendly and genuine. I will return.
The place is always busy. It has a great location. As much business as they do there is always plenty of parking. I just had them go through my service records. Matt the manager went through and made recommendations. They preformed every thing needed. Advised me about what should done in the next 6 to 12 months. I have a 02 car and it was running off I didn't know what was causing the issue so I asked to have the car looked at for a problem I thought could've been wrong but they found another problem that I would have never expected to be wrong (Oil pressure was off and never had a code for that) but she back running better than it did when I first got the car, thanks to all the Firestone family for caring for my car as if it was there's!
