Firestone has been on the ball and if you travel, any Firestone honor work from another Firestone. But my experience today was over the top, my local Firestone sees customers and needs without high pressure sales. You know what they are doing with your vehicle and I find this store dependable, honest and personable. For my car care needs it's Tanglewood Firestone. They should be yours too!
Horrible place, we went in for a diagnostic check because our brake FLUID service light was on and were told we needed an ENTIRE brake job - come to find out (as we were leaving) "the brakes aren't that bad but you will need pads soon". When we asked to see our "badly needed" brake job we were told "we can show you pictures" the car was RIGHT there we could see it through the window the first stall. I would not suggest this place and I would find someone, anyone different if you need work done.
