Waited from 10 to 1230 for a single TMPS sensor and 4 tire balance and a rotation. They forgot to do the balance so had to take it back again one hour after the appointment started. That didn't bother me, but they said the reason was because they had to recheck the balance. Just say you forgot and don't lie. You either conduct a balance and rotation or you don't. You know, it's sad when you give a merchant of one, they busted and get it together you change it to a five, now it's back to one. If your kids won't entertainment take them to this circus full of clowns. You take a car in and they totally forget it is there.
I would never recommend anyone to come to Firestone and especially this location I tried to have my breaks done here and when I dropped the truck off The only thing that wasn’t working were the brakes I drop it off. It takes them a day to get it fixed like a normal that’s whatever then the next day my brakes start smoking abnormally while I’m driving and I run a business with my truck so I have to call them and say my brakes are smoking. Zero stars- Tanglewood Firestone takes advantage of their customers- they broke off the tabs of the oil filter cover at my last oil change and placed it on so tight- another local oil change location could not remove. I went to Firestone and the manager shook his head at me that that was not the case. Then, he sends one of his staff to tell me that my battery needs replaced and the poles on the battery are corroded and need cleaned for over $250.
