I've been a Firestone customer for many years. Firestone has met all my needs as my vehicle required-brake job, alignment, inspection, radiator flush and fill etc. All done proficiently. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Firestone.

I felt the diagnosis and recomodations were legit, the price of the ac charge felt high
Five stars to Rachel. I hope anyone reading this has the pleasure of meeting and working with Rachel. I have previously had horrendous experiences at this location, but Rachel shines bright and is a glowing example of how customer service should be provided. I hope corporate knows what a quality team member they have working here.
