Helpful, straightforward, honest and timely. Did brakes and rotors all the way around on a vehicle with 97k miles that still had the original pads in the back and 60k miles in the front pads. They were honest and didn’t try to hard upsell me. Told me what I needed and what could wait.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Firestone Complete Auto Care @ Tanglewood. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15 AM after being assured they could complete a state inspection, tire rotation, and oil change the same day if I left it with them. After hearing nothing all day, I called around 3 PM to check on the status.
