I brought my car in at 8 AM for an oil change. At 4:30 PM, I was told it was not done despite being told it would be done by 3 PM. I made it clear I needed my car the next morning. It was not done. I was told to come back an hour later. Still not done. I was then to come back at 11. They handed me the wrong keys to another person's car—exact make and model, but not mine. Do not go here! I waited 4.5 hours for my car to get taken back to get worked on after my appointment time. Only 1 of the 3 services I requested were done. I was lied to about one of the services being completed and charged for it. My tires were not rotated and I knew because 1 of my tires was low on air and that same tire was still low after the appointment. AVOID THIS LOCATION, maybe even AVOID all Firestone locations. They will intentionally break your other car parts in hopes you return for more service. They damaged my car that damaged my engine. Not only I lost my excellent reliable car but I ended scraping it for almost nothing. And now I'm forced to buy a new one. Because of them, I'm now bankrupted. Go anywhere but here!! Go anywhere but Firestone!!

Called this location late on a Saturday afternoon for a last-minute oil change on a Sunday for my son who needed to return for college. Most other locations told me they couldn’t help me and they were overbooked. The gentleman I talked to on the phone agreed to work me in and was very helpful and friendly. We definitely will continue to come here for our vehicle service needs.
