Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Got next day appointment. Check-in and check-out process were smooth. There was some push to sell additional services, but nothing over the top. I was informed car’s battery died on the shop floor. I trusted the shop and confirmed replacement.
I had a standard oil change and some new tires put on. Firestone is always excellent for those types of jobs. However, I have a 2010 Toyota Sequoia and I asked them to do a general inspection of the automobile and make some recommendations on what should be done now, soon and later. $215.00 later they just said the Sequoia was fine, no recommendations on fluids, breaks, belts, etc. They couldn’t make one recommendation. I came in for a car inspection with an appointment. It took a little over 3 hours, which is insane. I will not be coming back to this place ever D:
I came in as a "walk-in". The service was pretty quick and I appreciated the honesty/integrity of the gentleman checking me in. I had a nail in my driver rear tire. As I was preparing to pay and asking for an estimate of the price point, The gentleman advised it would be at no cost as the tire I'd purchased from you all was still under warranty. As a woman I appreciated not being taking advantage of as that sometimes happens in the service industry! Well done!
