The people at this location are always nice but more importantly. They are very transparent and excellent communicators with regards to what your vehicle needs and how much it will cost. Making an appointment is super simple whether you do it online or over the phone. They always keep me up to speed on what going on with my vehicle and are sure to let me know how much something will cost before they start.
Sabrina at the Rea Rd Firestone Auto Care is amazing! Always goes above and beyond for clients and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied. Have been coming to this Firestone for over five years and Sabrina has a lot to do with it.
Came in with my car overheating, paid $100 for a diagnostic service and asked to observe the diagnostic process. The technician performed a pressure test on my cooling system and found a leak. However, instead of diving deeper and exploring the issue, I was immediately recommended to replace the leaking lower radiator hose and the thermostat despite the technician not even looking at the thermostat. They lied about availability when I expressed I only had 30 minutes to get an oil change and was calling locations to find one that could accommodate. They told me to come over as they were “sitting around”. When I arrived less than 15 minutes later they said it would be over an hour and a half wait time. Very inconsiderate of my needs and shows how dishonest they are as a brand.
