Completely dissatisfied with this store. I had to bring my car for alignment multiple times and still not happy. Also had to do some general repair on the car. They try to drag you into repairing something where they tell you half the work and once "they fix it", you find out that it's half way done. You bring the car back, and they tell you that you need to fix other things that they didn't catch initially. I Will NEVER give them my car again.
I always go there for my car needs.

Had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They got my car taken care of quickly and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into extra services. The waiting area was clean, and the customer service honestly made the experience way less stressful than most auto shops. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable service and honest communication.
WAITED 5+ HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE, CAME IN FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE WENT TO BEST BUY AND PET SMART ACROSS THE STREET AND NEVER GOT A CALL MY CAR WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP. WALKED BACK IN 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE IT DONE AND TOOK AN EXTRA 15 MINUTES FOR THEM TO DO IT, (ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY WE FORGOT ABOUT YOU) DO NOT GO HERE!
