Emily greeted me with a smile and took care of getting my truck in for service. Matt, mechanic , was outstanding. He replaced 4 tires with new tires at a very good discount and performed the work quickly. He went over all the other issues that need attention in my truck ,at a later date, in full detail..very knowledgeable . Bruce, area manager , greeted me with a smile while waiting and offered a beverage while I waited. Sabrina made sure I was updated on my vehicle and double checked to make sure I was taken care of. Pick up was ready
Unfortunately got a bolt in tire that wasn’t fixable. I was a hr from home. Had to get a new tire and they had me and out in 45min. Sabrine was fantastic!
If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my car due to a check engine light. I picked it up and it still had the same problem, but they had charged me for two extra additional costs costing me upwards of 1000 more dollars I will no longer be going here for any car services and I recommend nobody else go to them too.
