I’ve been taking my vehicles to this Firestone for the past 2 years and as always the service has been great.prices are good, wait time obviously varies so it’s best to make an appointment.Staff is honest and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the mechanic bay great job everyone 👏🏽
This Firestone location in downtown Tracy has the best customer service. Carlye is there each time I have brought in one of my vehicles. Sfe provides a caring and efficient level of customer service. She goes (seemingly) out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and understand the services your vehicle needs-- but tells you it's simply part of her job.. They are so amazing ..they've helped me with two cars now and are always honest and so nice. This is literally the only place I trust to tell me the real deal with whats going on with my car and they get everything fixed fast while keeping you updated the whole time
I was helped today at the Firestone down the street by my house here in Tracy by the service manager named Douglas. He handled everything in a very professional manner and was very personable, I will definitely return there for all my tire needs moving forward.
