We spent $3,376 on work done on my car to date at this Firestone and it left there in worse condition than I brought it. All the work they did has to be redone because it was done incorrectly causing more issues over a span of 11 months. Their technicians are not competent in auto maintenance or diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting. I suggest going to reputable off post auto maintenance centers.
I bought 4 tires at the Butner Road Firestone location, and have had to take my car in multiple times because 1 of the 4 keeps losing air. Each time i take the car in the air in one tire is lower than the rest and im told there is nothing wrong, they put air in it and tell me to keep an eye on it and bring it back if it happens again, which it did. Absolutely horrible service, no one ever answers the phone, constantly trying to con money out of people they think wont know anything about cars, and really bad attitudes. I will never come here again
After spending over $1,000 to fix my Jeep, Brian really helped me out. He replaced two parts for free and without his generosity, I would be in a financial crunch making ends meet. He is an amazing person and because of him, we will be returning customers. �
We have been coming here for 3 years and they have always been wonderful and professional! We don't go anywhere else here in NC to have our vehicles repaired or for just regular maintenance. They are honest and punctual. We appreciate all of their staff here on Fort Bragg.
