Rude rude and rude. made an appt last week for an oil change. confirmed the appt online. Got an email at 8:34am. day of appt. Cx my appt. No phone call, no text. I show up for my appt and was told Im not in the system and they can't help me. I pulled up my confirmation email. thats when I saw the email they sent a few hours earlier. Not a happy camper. wont be back. thats for sure.
Their prices are consistently the lowest, and the service is always high quality, I have never had an issue. Also they provide honest feedback, if something doesn’t need to be changed yet they’re open about it and don’t pressure you to get something done that doesn’t need to be done yet. Been going here for 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else.
They tried to charge me nearly $1300 for a headlight out, stating I needed a whole new headlight and ballast. When I asked them if it could possibly just be the bulb that needs replacing they told me " No. It is much more difficult with my kind of car" ( Infinity FX 35) I left, went with my dad to O'reily's, bought the bulb and replaced it in 15 minutes, and the light works perfectly. I scheduled an appointment for March 1st and they scheduled it for the 8th. My previous appointment I had my head light replaced and it's loose, it keeps going on and off! I'm a returning customer of three years and this has never happened
