Had 11:00 am appointment to have tires rotated. Still waiting after 1 and 1/2 hrs. Not pleased at all.
First time here, great service and no one tried to talk me into a bunch of stuff I did not need :)
We were on vacation in Panama City Beach, it was our last day here and we had a flat tire. It was a rental car and we were told we had to have the tire replaced, not fixed and to have it done at Firestone. We arrived there with the doughnut on the car an hr before they were to close. They were very busy up until they closed, but they managed to get us is and the tire replaced withing about 15 minutes. We were very grateful, they did an awesome job. Highly recommend!!
Didn't put my drain plug back in and now my motor is shot. I drove a total of 4 miles.
