we bought a 2019 RAM from Ron Bouchards. 25000 miles later the tire tread is at 4-5/32 and we are informed that we need to bring the vehicle here to get the warranties for the Bridgestone Duelers. we were informed that a new set of tires is 1300 and the best they will warranty our tires fir is a 400$ discount. These tires are 60,000 mile warranty tires and if you wont back it up at 25000 who in there right mind will pay that kind of money for a bogus warranty

I have lived in Leominster ma for about 13 years. 4 household vechiles and can’t catch a deal with this place . You would think at some point after buying all tires at this location, front end alignments etc you would get some kind of “thank you” for services being done but instead you get nothing . How about a “loyalty credit” for being loyal to the business . I will have to start searching new places for tires etc
Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the tire and auto repair industry. Prices are fair and competitive. I received an extra discount just because I had to wait a little longer than expected! Great service!
I have to say, we have been very happy with them until recently when we took our truck to have the tires done.. We drove around for a week with only one nut holding the tire on.. I guess the outcome could have been worse, but this should not happen.
