We came into firestone yesterday due to a nail in 2 of my tires. We called ahead to see what the wait would be as we were from out of town and had a long drive ahead of us to get back home. We were promptly told the wait for our issue would be 45 minutes. We brought our car in and handed the keys over to the man working the desk. Told him our situation and that we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and he told us how he was familiar with the drive because he was from around that area ect. Had a bad tire replaced fast with a great price and good service. Cowboys game was on to boot!
Went in for ac work. Do not remember exactly what the issue was but he could've said it needed a new compressor ect... but they did honest work and all it needed was a recharge and a small repair. Will be back in the future.
Very slow service needs to speed up lady at the counter was rude
