Not sure why they accept appointments when they can’t meet them. Should just say first come first served. Made appointment for 1100, showed up to a full parking lot and all service bays full. Went to check in and service manager gave a smile when I told him my appointment time and said I would be waiting a while and he would get me in as soon as possible. I asked if that meant 1100 and he emphatically stated not at all. I’ll take my business elsewhere thank you
Had an appointment for 10am. Left my car at 10am and was informed it will take at least 3 hours to diagnose it. Called by 12:30pm for any updates and they have not yet touched my car. Went to the location by 1:30pm and lo-and-behold, my car is still where I parked it. Decided to just get the keys and drive away. First time to experience this kind of service from them.
We arrived in Wildwood , Fl with the brakes on our vehicle needing to be replaced. We called and spoke with Brian who got us in right away. They did not have some of the parts so we needed to leave the vehicle. They gave us a ride to our campground which was 5 miles away. The vehicle was fixed the next day as promised and they came and picked us up. Great place for service! Highly recommend!
