Good experience. No appt., yet, I didn't wait too long. Will be a return customer.
Picked up a nail in my Bridgestone Run Flat tire. Was told by several tire stores that, being a run flat tire, it could not be repaired. Called John at the 466 Firestone store. He said for me to bring it over and he would fix it if the puncture was not too large. He and his team fixed the tire, balanced it and calibrated the tire pressure in all my tires in less than an hour. I had slow leak in tire. As in shoulder could not be patched. They did not have my tire in stock and as new 2025 MDX with only 6000 miles service person advised me to take to dealer who should replace for free. He then offered, and did, rotate tires for Free as it would be safer driving to dealer with leaking tire on the Rear..!! This is the type of good service that encourages long term relationships!! Thanks Firestone..
