I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Firestone and this one was no exception. I brought my Mercedes in for an electrical problem that was pretty difficult to figure out even once I brought it to the European shop. I had my brakes done by Firestone in Chicago about 7 months ago and recently my brake light on my dash came on. I called a European shop in my neighborhood but they had a 3 week wait and told me to bring my car to Firestone since they were the ones to do my brakes and see if they could find and fix the problem.... read more
