Great experience at Firestone. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. They took care of my tire quickly and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service.
Had appt to get tires and alignment. Was told could take up to 2 hrs. It took 3 1/2. I understand things happen so wasn't overly concerned. Associates were professional and knowledgeable. Only complaint is the tires looked liked they had been out mudding! They were filthy dirty!
