I went in yesterday to have my A/C checked. It was blowing hot air. I was super concerned that something major was going on. But, the employee at Firestone informed me they had fixed the issue: Too much Freon in the vehicle. I had waited an hour for my vehicle and was stressed over how much this would cost. DO NOT GO HERE!! They assume you know nothing and try to get you to purchase thing's you don't need. I will try to make this short. I brought my car in for an oil change, was told I was low on coolant but I would not break down. And that my battery was great. Ok. I never asked about the battery, especially bc it's only 7 weeks old. The next day I got home from work and my car was overheating. I lifted the hood and noticed the cap from my windshield washer fluid was gone and I was missing 3 or 4 bolts that hold a large piece ... read more
