Three and a half hours to plug a tire. Checking in I was told about an hour. I was also told cost would be about $30 which turned into $43. This is not the Firestone I remember or knew through the years.

I have been to this location many times The customer service is outstanding Chad and Kelly make customers feel like “friends”In an industry that take advantage of people, it is a breath of fresh air to have people such as Kelly and Chad to assist and advise during stressful car repairs.
Very courteous, professional, and attentive. Was in and out in half an hour for a tire rotation.
