Always treated well at this location. Staff is always pleasant and work is done in timely manor. I was about to give up on Firestone until I went to Mt Dora location. They made me have faith again.

I always feel like a valued customer. They are respectful and do a great job. Easy to work with for any situation, basic maintenance or emergency service.
Do not go here! They are going to try to rip you off! Made an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. I let them know that I was feeling a little bit of a wobble when I dropped the car off. 3 hours later they called and told me nothing was wrong with the car, but they recommend that I get the tires rotated and balanced. I informed them that that was what the car was brought in for. They also stated that I needed new rear breaks, and they had a deal for breaks and rotors.
