TLDR: incredibly dishonest. Give them an inch, they will force a mile. I initially went into their shop because my front brakes were squealing. Managed to schedule something same day towards 4-5pm. Checked in early, and they did a consultation. After inspection, they deduced the front brakes were fine but that the back brakes were damaged (along with the rotors). I came in as a walk-in for an oil change. I asked the associate if there was availability and they were able to take my car. They also made other suggestions based on my vehicle and mileage. I waited for my vehicle and was out the door once work was completed. Was very happy with the service and attention.
