3 hours to change one tire with an appointment 3/24/25 1:00 pm and I asked every hour the status and you guys lied over and over my service advisor was Kimberley and some other dude. 0 apologies
Don’t ever go to this Firestone location, Front Desk guy completely useless and lazy playing on his phone the whole time listening to music with curse words in front of all the customers. Had an appointment for an oil change came in an hour early, and waited two hours before they told me that they wouldn’t be able to get to my car. What’s the point of making an appointment.
