I had my alignment done by Sky at Firestone after a 2,000-mile road trip, and my vehicle is driving so much better now! The difference is definitely noticeable, and I’m really happy with the results. Sky did a great job with the alignment, and Erik, the service manager, made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate the great service from both of them. I’d definitely recommend this team for any kind of automotive work, especially alignments!
Happy with the staff, they were super welcoming and helpful when I went in for my appointment and I’m happy with how fast my oil change service got done. However, the thing that was most upsetting was the mess left underneath after my service. Oil covered the entire bottom near my filter and drain bolt, which worried me that it wasn’t sealed properly. They assured me it was, but it was not offered to be cleaned, so I left to clean it myself. I like how close they are to me, but I doubt I will be back because of this.
Great work! Tim was keeping us entertained while they worked on our car. Got a couple freshmen tires on and oil change! 10/10 would recommend!
Heavenlee was super helpful getting my appointment set and giving me multiple options for tires. The technician was nice and very respectful of my time and vehicle. I already have a Firestone credit card, if you do not have one it's 6months no interest. With the prices of everything in the world saving money wherever possible is a nice option.
