Absolutely the worst service possible. Ordered tires, scheduled an appointment. Had the appointment changed due to tire availability, and upon arriving at the new time was informed the tires were now unavailable. At that point they tried the good old up sell to what is in stock, for an additional $80 per tire. Nothing like a bait and switch.
Came here by friend advice and was very satisfied. Fast, professional, no tricks. Very nice guy at the front deck. Will back! Thank you!
The staff are great. They were very helpful. The mechanic did a great inspection with photos. They even rotated my ties. I have been asking another shop to rotate my tires and they just don’t do it. The Firestone in Covington is top notch and I will definitely go back again.
I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Staff is super knowledgeable. The manager is amazing.! Answers all my Vehicle questions without pressure. I know this sounds weird but as a female, I really know nothing about vehicles, so I never feel pressured to pay for anything that I don’t need at the moment.
