Trey took my call and set me up with an appointment to fit into my busy schedule. I showed up and enjoyed free WiFi, so I could work while waiting. The team got me in and out without a hitch. They even saw I was working and emailed me I was done with the Bill! They will have my business for all of my cars moving forward. Great to have a community business that appreciates us locals .
We had a company truck with a tire blowout yesterday after 6pm and we had it towed for a tire repair. Tow company called Firestone in Murrells Inlet and was told by the agent who answered the phone to bring it on and they would get the tire replaced today or tire changed (which is what we requested from the tow company). Upon arrival, the tow dropped our truck and our driver went in, gave them the key and about 15 min later they came back around and told our driver - sorry we are closing and don't have the replacement tires ... read more
I went in for an oil change and an issue with a sound coming from my car. I wasn't sure what it was or where it was coming from, but Trey was so helpful and quick. The price was reasonable and all my auto issues were solved.
Trey was at the desk when I arrived. He spent time to discuss tire options, ways to save money and listened to what i was looking for in a set of new tires. By the time we were done talking I elected to get a set of tires for both my car and my truck. The service was exceptional, reported back to me when they noticed I had a problem with my TPS system which they were able to quickly resolve. I was very pleased with the service and deal I received. Will recommend this store to friends and family.
