Worst Firestone around go to another one or some where else!! Took in there for a water pump and somehow they ended up braking bolt that goes to to engine so I only got bluebook value which you know how that goes end up having to get another car . If you are a single female, for the love of God don’t bring your car here. I’ve been a customer for years, but no more after this…charged me $131 (without telling me) To see why check engine light was on. Not even 20 minutes later, he comes back with the laundry list of things adding up to right at $500 a tethered gas cap,vapor canister and some fuel system issues etc.. First, there is a lack of transparency. It’s difficult to understand what I’m being charged for, as I’m only given the total amount without any breakdown. I’m not shown the details on the computer, and the invoice is only provided after the payment is made. Second, there is no proper reporting. I requested an oil change, alignment, and balancing, and I expected to receive at least the alignment report.
