Very nice, found my problem and fixed it
The appointment was set up by Taylor the day before, he was nice, professional, accommodating and understood what I needed. The day of I was early, they were ready for me on time. I said I needed to see the undercarriage of my car for insurance reasons, not only did they let me. They said if I needed to take photos or video, that it was ok.
