Nathan and John were so helpful and informative 10/10.
Unprofessional and lack of communication.
Tried to get an oil change, service rep said no one was able to do it , the person who does it, was not working that day.
Worst location in the company. Lazy. One day said to come back the next day they didnt have someone who could change a filter, cool. Came back the next day and gave me some other BS escuse.
